All products are offered strictly for lawful laboratory research and documentation purposes. Products are not foods, drugs, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, biologics, or consumer health products.
No product is intended for human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally competent, and purchasing for a legitimate research purpose.
You are solely responsible for confirming that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, transfer, and disposal of any product complies with applicable laws, institutional requirements, safety rules, and research protocols.
Clause 04
ForgePharms may accept, reject, cancel, hold, or limit any order at its discretion, including orders associated with incomplete information, suspected misuse, restricted destinations, payment risk, unusual quantities, or compliance concerns.
Order confirmation does not guarantee shipment. An order may remain subject to manual review, address verification, payment review, inventory availability, and carrier acceptance.

Prices, sizes, batches, descriptions, availability, shipping rates, and promotions may change without notice.
ForgePharms may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, image, display, or calculation errors at any time and is not obligated to honor errors where correction is commercially or legally appropriate.
Clause 06
The current website may include checkout payment fields while live payment processing is being connected. Card fields are not a live payment-processing system and should not be used to submit real payment credentials until a compliant processor and tokenization flow are connected.
Future live payment processing may be subject to additional processor terms, fraud review, identity verification, chargeback rules, and compliance screening.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and website materials are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, research outcome, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgePharms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-data, regulatory, misuse-related, or downstream damages.
Purchaser assumes all risk associated with unauthorized use, mishandling, improper storage, relabeling, resale, administration, compounding, or violation of applicable law.
Clause 09
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ForgePharms from claims, damages, penalties, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of products, unlawful conduct, or third-party claims related to your order.
Clause 10
ForgePharms may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or submission of an order after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
