The purchaser shall not make medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, performance, body-composition, cosmetic, or disease-related claims based on ForgePharms product listings.
Clause 05
Batch numbers, labels, product pages, and Certificates of Analysis are provided for documentation and quality-reference purposes.
A COA is not a medical claim, safety guarantee, suitability determination, regulatory approval, or authorization for any use outside the stated research-use-only scope.
Clause 06
ForgePharms may refuse, cancel, limit, or hold any order when it appears inconsistent with compliance standards, product restrictions, destination rules, purchaser qualification, payment screening, or website terms.
ForgePharms may request additional information before shipment and may decline to proceed if information is incomplete, inaccurate, unverifiable, or inconsistent with research-use-only requirements.

Purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether purchase, possession, storage, handling, transfer, use, and disposal are lawful and appropriate in the purchaser's jurisdiction and institutional context.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgePharms disclaims liability arising from misuse, mishandling, unauthorized administration, improper storage, downstream resale, relabeling, regulatory violations, or purchaser failure to follow applicable laws and safety procedures.
